registration methods:
- Landmark
Based Registration (LBR), where a minimum of three user defined
landmark pairs are used for computing a transformation that matches
the target or pattern image to the reference image.
- Direct Access
Registration (DAR), where the target or pattern image is moved and
rotated until it matches the reference image.
- Quantitative
information about registration quality displayed during LBR setup.
- Direct Access
Registration screen automatically launched after LBR transformation
completed. This provides a fine tuning step to the LBR.
