Donald graduated from Millikin University, Decatur IL where he received a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Engineering in 1985. His career includes 13 years with United Parcel Service in Operations management, Industrial Engineering and Industrial Engineering manager roles, as well as 5 years with Bridgestone/Firestone as a Senior Industrial Engineer. Having manufacturing and service experience, Donald provides very different perspectives to healthcare and the Six Sigma deployment at Decatur Memorial Hospital. Donald is a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma and currently serves as the Director of Quality Services, managing daily operations for the Six Sigma initiative at Decatur Memorial Hospital in Decatur, Illinois.
