Pam is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt for Commonwealth
Health Corporation. She has been employed with CHC for a total of 14 years
in which she has held various positions such as Director of Patient Registration
and Human Resource Manager. She received a Business Systems Technology degree
from Western Kentucky University in 1979 and is currently pursuing an Organizational
Leadership Management degree from Mid Continent College. She received Greenbelt
training in 1998 and Black Belt training in 1999 from GE Healthcare.
Her most recent accomplishment is the completion of Six Sigma for Healthcare
Master Black Belt training in February, 2002 from GE Healthcare. This
ten-day MBB session was conducted at GE's famed Crotonville facilities in
Ossining, NY and produced the pioneers of Six Sigma Master Black Belts in
Healthcare.
