SPECT/CoDE Iterative Reconstruction

 

The Iterative Reconstruction application supports OSEM / MLEM / COSEM methods with or without attenuation correction, depending on the processed data, as follows:

OSEM / MLEM IR with attenuation correction and scatter correction for emission and transmission data from Optima, CardiaL, VtransACT and MG/MC ATC.

OSEM / MLEM IR with attenuation correction for myocardial data and attenuation maps from Millennium VG Hawkeye.

COSEM IR with or without attenuation correction data and attenuation maps from VG Hawkeye.

Features
  • User specifiable number of iterations.
  • Scatter correction using dual energy window subtraction.
  • Applications with or without attenuation correction.
